Warehouse & Storage Disclaimer

Storage for unpaid items: in the event that payment is not received upon notification, your package will be securely stored in our warehouse facilities until payment is received.

• Storage fees: after a grace period of 3 days from notification without payment, storage fees commence at $5.00 per day per box and $25.00 per day per pallet
• Payment deadline: payment must be received within 3 months from the date of notification; failure to do so will result in seizure of the package by CLX Logistics Bahamas
• Seizure and sale: if payment is not received within the 3-month period, CLX Logistics Bahamas reserves the right to seize the package and proceed with its sale, with proceeds used to recoup losses
• Notification: CLX Logistics Bahamas will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer regarding payment status and impending actions
• Liability: CLX Logistics Bahamas shall not be held liable for damages, losses or expenses incurred due to non-payment and the actions outlined in this policy
• Termination: failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of our agreement with the customer
