FAQ

Storage Plans — common questions

What does pallet storage cost in Nassau?

Standard 40×48 pallet storage at our Verizon Business Park warehouse is $30.00 per pallet per month, pro-rated by the half-month. Storing 50 or more pallets drops you to the volume rate of $25.00 per pallet per month on a minimum 12-month commitment. A long-term penalty rate of $10.00 applies to pallets idle beyond 90 days — the plan is built for inventory that turns.

How does the 30 days of free storage in Florida work?

Every parcel received at our Pompano Beach hub gets 30 days of free storage from the arrival date, so you can let several US orders accumulate and ship them together. Receiving is $5.00 per package, and once the free window closes, storage runs $20.00 per pallet per month, pro-rated weekly.

Can you combine my US purchases into one Bahamas-bound shipment?

Yes — that's the core of the plan. We consolidate loose parcels onto pallets at $45.00 per pallet including shrink-wrap and label, or build toward a full container with LCL consolidation at $120.00 per cbm (1 cbm minimum, FCL build included). If a vendor can't deliver to Pompano Beach, we arrange US domestic trucking at cost plus 15%.

What if my goods don't fit on a standard pallet?

Oversized and non-palletized items go into cubic-foot storage in Nassau at $0.55 per cubic foot per month, so you're not paying full pallet positions for irregular freight. Give us rough dimensions when you request a quote and we price it on actual footprint.

Can you receive my container and fulfill orders from storage?

Yes. Container receiving is $500.00 per container and includes destuffing, count, and putaway of up to 20 pallets; loose inbound pallets are $15.00 each. From the racks, pick and pack runs $5.00 per B2B order plus $1.50 per line item, or $3.50 per B2C order plus $1.00 per line — and orders stage for delivery on the CLX fleet.
