Can you deliver to my Family Island, and what does that cost?
Yes — we're a DHL Express Family Islands last-mile partner, so we reach the whole archipelago. A per-pound band surcharge is added to the Pompano-to-Nassau rate: Band A (Eleuthera, Abaco, Grand Bahama) is +$1.50/lb, Band B (Andros, Exuma, Long Island) is +$2.00/lb, and Band C (Inagua, Crooked, Acklins, Mayaguana) is +$3.00/lb, with ferry or air costs passed through at cost.
What if my shopping adds up to a full pallet?
We'll build it into a pallet at Pompano Beach for $45.00 per pallet, shrink-wrap and label included. In Nassau, door-to-door pallet delivery runs $60.00 per pallet, and Family Islands pallet delivery is $250.00 plus the ferry cost passed through.
How long can my packages sit at your Florida warehouse before they ship?
Your first 30 days of storage after receiving are free, so you can let several orders arrive and consolidate them into one shipment. After 30 days, storage bills at $20.00 per pallet per month, pro-rated weekly.
How do I pay, and when is my package released?
We take Charge Anywhere (credit card), Fygaro online payment, or bank wire, and release cargo against cleared funds. Account clients with consistent volume can apply for Net 30 credit terms, subject to approval.
