All third-party government, port, and carrier charges are passed through at cost, with cash-on-disbursement applied at 2% of disbursements. Antillean demurrage is billed as a pass-through against the published schedule — dry containers carry 7 free days, flat racks 3, and reefers 4 before tiered daily rates begin.
Documentation release ($181.50 per BOL per container) and CLX local charges apply per container moving through CLX as agent or broker. Quotations are valid for 30 days and subject to fuel and currency adjustment.
Routine liner port-call attendance is $850 USD per call under the Antillean and partner-line contract rate. That fee includes inward and outward Customs and Port clearance filing, so documentation isn't billed on top. If berth or anchor delay extends the call beyond 24 hours, standby runs $200 per day.
