Standard agency fees cover routine port-call attendance, including inward and outward Customs and Port clearance filing. Project and charter vessels — heavy lift, oil & gas support, and government cargo — are quoted separately to reflect vessel size and scope.

Pass-through and demurrage
All third-party government, port, and carrier charges are passed through at cost, with cash-on-disbursement applied at 2% of disbursements. Antillean demurrage is billed as a pass-through against the published schedule — dry containers carry 7 free days, flat racks 3, and reefers 4 before tiered daily rates begin.
Documentation release ($181.50 per BOL per container) and CLX local charges apply per container moving through CLX as agent or broker. Quotations are valid for 30 days and subject to fuel and currency adjustment.

What does your agency fee cover for a routine liner call?
Routine liner port-call attendance is $850 USD per call under the Antillean and partner-line contract rate. That fee includes inward and outward Customs and Port clearance filing, so documentation isn't billed on top. If berth or anchor delay extends the call beyond 24 hours, standby runs $200 per day.
How do you price a one-off, tramp, or project vessel call?
One-off and tramp calls are quoted per call at $2,500–$4,500 USD depending on vessel size and scope. Project and charter vessels — heavy lift, oil & gas support, and government cargo — range $4,500–$8,500. Send the vessel particulars and scope and we'll come back with a firm number.
How are port dues and government charges handled?
All third-party government, port, and carrier charges are passed through at cost, with cash-on-disbursement applied at 2% of disbursements. Quotations are valid for 30 days and subject to fuel and currency adjustment.
Can you handle crew changes, provisions, and bunkers?
Yes. Husbandry coordination — crew change, provisions, technical, and bunker — is billed at cost plus 15%. Crew repatriation assistance is $350 per event, with airfare, hotel, and transport handled at cost plus 10%.
