How CLX works

CLX Logistics Bahamas Ltd. handles freight forwarding, customs brokerage, ship agency, and last-mile delivery on a single chain of custody. We use our own chassis, in-house trucking, and own brokerage on all standard work, which keeps coordination tight and accountability clear.

The answers below cover the questions importers and trade partners ask most. For anything beyond standard tariff work, our team will quote it directly.

Tracking & coordination

01

How do I get a status update?

Reach the team handling your file directly. General documentation and quotes go to documents@clxnow.com or (242) 605-0452; Antillean BOLs are handled at bol@clxnow.com.

02

What happens if storage time runs out?

Storage charges accrue from the arrival date, with free time published per our local charges schedule. Cargo is held subject to a general lien for unpaid charges, and CLX reserves the right of disposal after 60 days of non-payment with appropriate notice.
