About This Rate Schedule
This Schedule of Rates sets out CLX's standard tariff for routine ocean freight, brokerage, trucking, chassis rental, warehousing, ship agency and last-mile services. All rates are quoted in Bahamian Dollars (BSD) — inclusive of VAT where indicated — except where USD is stated for US operations, ship agency and local charges.
Standing assumptions: CLX uses its own chassis, in-house trucking and own brokerage on all standard work, and empty equipment return is always priced separately. Third-party government, port and carrier charges are passed through at cost plus a 3% disbursement fee unless otherwise noted.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue and are subject to fuel adjustment. Payment is accepted via Charge Anywhere, Fygaro or bank wire, and documents are released only against cleared funds. Project cargo, out-of-gauge shipments, and government and oil & gas RFPs are quoted separately under our Project Cargo Rate Override schedule.
