Each parcel ships with 30 days of free storage at Pompano Beach. Beyond that window, storage accrues at $20.00 per pallet per month, pro-rated weekly, so longer-held freight is billed fairly by time actually used.
Family-Island ferry and air costs are passed through at cost on top of the per-pound band rate, and Transire ($125.00) applies to any cargo moving between Bahamian islands.

You ship your orders to our Pompano Beach, Florida warehouse at 2800 Gateway Drive (via our US partner Nativo Logistics). We receive each package, log it under your name, and hold it with 30 days of free storage — so you can let several orders pile up and ship them together on one consolidation.
Can you deliver to the Family Islands, or just Nassau?
We deliver throughout the archipelago. Family Island delivery adds a per-pound band rate on top of the Pompano–Nassau rate: +$1.50/lb for Eleuthera, Abaco, and Grand Bahama (Band A), +$2.00/lb for Andros, Exuma, and Long Island (Band B), and +$3.00/lb for Inagua, Crooked Island, Acklins, and Mayaguana (Band C), with ferry or air costs passed through at cost. We're also a DHL Express Family Islands last-mile partner, so DHL delivery is available at DHL's published tariff.
What happens if my packages sit at the warehouse longer than a month?
Every parcel gets 30 days of free storage at Pompano Beach from the day we receive it. After that, storage bills at $20.00 per pallet per month, pro-rated weekly — you only pay for the time actually used.
I ship every month — can I get a better rate?
Yes. Account clients with consistent volume qualify for tiered discounts of 5–15% off standard rates, and Net 30 credit terms are available subject to credit approval. Any quote we issue is valid for 30 days.
