1. Payment Terms and Conditions

All invoices issued by CLX Logistics Bahamas are payable within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice. Failure to settle invoices within this timeframe may result in additional charges.

2. Storage Fees

Unclaimed or undelivered packages will incur storage fees if not collected or paid for within seven (7) days after invoicing. Storage charges are applied as follows:

  • $10.00 per package, per day
  • $20.00 per pallet, per day

These fees are compounded daily and will be added to the outstanding invoice amount.

3. Right to Refuse Service

CLX Logistics Bahamas reserves the right to refuse service to any client. Service may be denied for reasons including, but not limited to, rude or disorderly conduct towards staff, failure to pay invoices, or non-compliance with our terms and conditions.

4. Account Cancellation

Management retains the authority to cancel or suspend any client account at its discretion. Accounts may be terminated for reasons such as unpaid invoices, repeated rude or disorderly conduct, or any other breach of our policies and terms of service. Clients will be notified of account cancellation or suspension in writing.

5. Shipping and Handling

All shipments are subject to inspection and approval by CLX Logistics Bahamas. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of items that are prohibited by law, dangerous, or not in compliance with our shipping standards and regulations.

6. Liability and Insurance

CLX Logistics Bahamas is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of goods due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, customs delays, or governmental actions. Clients are encouraged to purchase insurance for their shipments to mitigate potential losses.

7. Claims and Disputes

Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed within five (5) business days of receipt of the shipment. Claims must be supported by all relevant documentation. Disputes regarding invoices or services must be brought to our attention within ten (10) business days from the invoice date or service delivery.

8. Amendments to Policies

CLX Logistics Bahamas reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these policies to ensure compliance with the most current terms and conditions.

By engaging the services of CLX Logistics Bahamas, clients agree to adhere to these policies and terms. Failure to comply with these policies may result in service termination and enforcement of applicable fees and charges.
