Disclaimer

Warehouse & Storage

- Storage for Unpaid Items: In the event that payment is not received upon notification, your package will be securely stored in our warehouse facilities until payment is received.

- Storage Fees: After a grace period of 3 days from notification without payment received, storage fees will commence at a rate of $5 a day per box and, $25.00 a day per pallet. This fee is designed to cover the operational costs associated with the storage of your package.

- Payment Deadline: It is imperative that payment is received within 3 months from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in the seizure of the package by CLX Logistics Bahamas.

- Seizure and Sale: If payment is not received within the stipulated 3-month period, CLX Logistics Bahamas reserves the right to seize the package and proceed with its sale. The proceeds from the sale will be utilized to recoup any losses incurred by CLX Logistics Bahamas in relation to the package.

- Notification: CLX Logistics Bahamas will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer regarding payment status and impending actions related to storage and seizure.

- Liability: CLX Logistics Bahamas shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to the non-payment and subsequent actions outlined in this policy.

- Termination of Agreement: Failure to adhere to the terms outlined herein may result in the termination of our agreement with the customer.

- By engaging with CLX Logistics Bahamas' warehousing and storage services, you agree to abide by the terms and policies outlined above. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.
